This was my second purchase and from beginning to end the customer service could not have been more impressive. The choice, quality, price and installation of their product is very competitive, but what is more outstanding is how they treat you as a customer. After several months I had an issue with the carpet they had installed. Monica immediately visited my home and agreed that there was a problem and that she would have her installation foreman take a look at it. He visit was also prompt and he concurred that the carpet needed to be replaced. Not only was the carpet replaced but the padding as well. They wanted me to have "fresh and new" just as I had originally paid for. I cannot tell you how touched i was by this gesture and will never go anywhere else for my floor furnishing. I have NEVER dealt with a more professional team who is dedicated to customer service.”

The instructor, Mr. Jones, conveyed the information very professionally and was more than happy to make sure I understood if I had a question. The class was extremely informative and exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend taking this course versus some of the other concealed carry courses offered from other organizations, there is so much more relevant information provided in this training than the other courses offered. I feel confident that the training provided the information I needed to become a responsible ccw permit holder. I will definitely attend future training courses with this organization”

“Tried to book online for a service appointment but apparently it does not currently communicate with service, so I recommend calling to set up an appointment. Secondly, scheduling over the phone is best if you have something more involved than a basic oil change, or equivalent, due to certain techs being scheduled for certain days. MOST IMPORTANTLY - ANDY was an EXCELLENT tech - very personable, great at explaining to those not familiar with terminology, goes the extra mile to check things that most wouldn't and, coincidentally, found something vital that had been an issue for almost 2 years, unnoticed by multiple other locations. The man at the service desk was also very helpful, kind, and understanding of minor frustrations. He was patient and attentive. Nearly all employees that passed me made an effort to acknowledge my presence and offer kind words. All were wearing masks and social distancing was encouraged. Service was very quick!”
