Monica immediately visited my home and agreed that there was a problem and that she would have her installation foreman take a look at it. He visit was also prompt and he concurred that the carpet needed to be replaced. Not only was the carpet replaced but the padding as well. They wanted me to have "fresh and new" just as I had originally paid for. I cannot tell you how touched i was by this gesture and will never go anywhere else for my floor furnishing.
