“Our eye doctor retired. When we researched a new eye doctor, the positive reviews of Oracle Vision Care convinced us to check them out. The location: clean and convenient (right by Kroger.) Also you can purchase your new glasses right in the lobby after your visit. My spouse and I ordered and received our glasses within 10 days. The only strange thing is we had to schedule a visit just to pick up our new glasses. However, it went by fast. You try it on, they make an adjustment & you’re done! In our case, due to the snowstorm they called to ask if we wanted to pick up our glasses earlier, before our scheduled date. We did. Best thing: they used a puff of air instead of an eye drop. That meant we could drive immediately following our visit. They also take a high-resolution photo of your eyeball to look for any potential issues. Not painful. Just like taking a photo of your face. Cost: my spouse was concerned that their cost was a lot higher than our previous eye doctor’s. However, she confirmed that her new contact lenses are far superior because they don’t leave her eyes dry. You barely notice them. I suppose you pay for quality. Staff: the staff in the office were easygoing, warm but professional. I saw them jump in to help each other out. They’re not mean on the phone either. They seem to get along very well with the doctor. It seems like a healthy work environment. Based on our first two visits, they left a positive impression. I’d recommend them.”

“1st time I went was last week the photo person was awesome he was very helpful so would have given 5stars he was wonderful so helpful... But I need to go back this week...and I was able to get my things off the photo machine easier this time because of the guy who helped me last week awesome right....the lady who was working today was not very helpful almost rude .. I ordered 5 very small pictures and I could see there were only about 5 people ahead of me so it shouldn't be to long of a wait and the computer said 12:20 they would be ready so I waited and the lady says it's going to be awhile I'm like ok how long she didn't know.. I explained the time on the computer it said when to pick up .she said that's only suggested time I said ok how much longer?? She didn't know. Well come to find out my pictures were all done and sitting there. But she would rather keep telling me no...then a customer came in and received their pictures( this customer and I were talking while picking out what to print and she came after me so that why I asked about her)I said how do they get there pictures before me she said they only have small pictures thinking to myself I got the 2 smallest sizes what is going on ...it was like pulling teeth to asking this lady to check ..when she finally did she could only say oh sorry I can't remember everything I'm thinking she would rather argue with me than just check the pictures. Really.....”
