“We absolutely loved working with MaryBeth and Loren! We cannot say enough good things about them! My now-husband was a bit worried about how the engagement session would go because he doesn't like being photographed and he thought it would feel weird. From the moment we met them they put us at ease. They're friendly and easy to talk to. As we were photographed, we went to different places around the city and they gave us fun prompts that helped relax my husband's nerves and got us into a fun and loving mood where we could just have fun with each other. The photos they took were amazing and felt so real (not just posed). I love the composition and the way they use colors in their pictures. At the wedding, they were also amazing! They were there the whole time and we had many guests tell us how impressed they were that our photographers stayed during the reception. They captured what was going on and even went as far as to seek us out and ask us if there were any photos that we wanted with our guests that we hadn't had taken yet. We were impressed with how they mixed into the crowd and seemed to be everywhere taking photos of the crowd and events, but in such a natural way that they just blended into the scene. They were really pleasant and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great photographer!”

“Amazing experience with Toledo New Bath! I had looked into several different companies for a bathtub to shower conversion. I decided to choose Toledo New Bath and it was a great decision. Matt Shields, the Sales Representative, was very helpful and always available for any question, and offered many good ideas when we picked out our shower accessories. He was not pushy at all, which I greatly appreciated. Matt could not have been a better salesperson to work with. I cannot say enough good about the actual installation and the professionalism of the installers. The installers did an outstanding job of keeping the area clean. I was absolutely amazed at how clean the bathroom was left when they finished for the day and it was immaculate when the job was completed.The installers even put our bathroom rugs back where they were prior to the shower installation. Lori is always pleasant and helpful when I have called with questions about the new install. Honestly, I cannot say enough good about my first experience with Toledo New Bath.”

“Updating now at the end of March from my previous review. The install went flawlessly and the personnel were polite and knowledgeable. From NIGHT ONE, my arthritic knee pain when in bed disappeared, and hasn't bothered me at all at night since then, despite the fact that it's gotten worse during the day. I highly recommend Sleep Number beds and the personnel who sell and install them! We went to Sleep Number first when mattress shopping, as I wanted to see their products before going anywhere else. Spencer was our store associate, and he was fantastic! We felt well informed and well taken care of, like we were important customers--and never felt pressured. We went to one other mattress store, tried several other brands of mattresses (which were pricier than we thought) and decided Sleep Number was the way to go. When I called to order, Julie took our order, and she, also, was fantastic! She put up with my fumbling for information and was unfailingly pleasant. The in-store experience was just about perfect. However, we tried to add a frame and the 800 number customer service was not so great. There was a 3-hour wait for a call back. When someone did call back, I was told that if I wanted to order a frame, that would change the delivery date. As we want the bed ASAP, we decided to not order the frame. I don't understand the issue, as I would think the frames are standard and not custom built. I did contact the store regarding this issue, but no one there seemed able to do anything about it, other than tell me to call Customer Service. This is the only blemish on a very positive experience, to this point, and the store missed out on the additional sale of a product. Hope the installation and the bed, itself, don't disappoint!”

The manager did a fantastic job of keeping track of the cars waiting and get food out, while also get those with small orders taken care of.
