I have used Zach on different homes I have owned. He is meticulous, responsive, affordable, honest and does great work. He took time to explain to me everything he was doing. He has done large jobs such as replacing a balcony, building on a roof over a patio complete with ceiling fans, HVAC work and adding bathroom fans with roof ventilation. All of his work has been fantastic. I would highly recommend Perfection Contracting to anyone looking for a trustworthy craftsman who cares about his work.

Our furnace completely failed and needed replaced. Zach not only provided the best cost, but also impeccable service. He quickly replaced our entire furnace unit and helped re-route the drainage to a much more logical location. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I had a propane line ran into our home for a propane log set. Zach did amazing work, he was quick and efficient. While he was installing the log set I was in the middle of a kitchen project. Zach walked in the kitchen, said what’s going on here? He jumped right in a gave me a hand on this project as well. If I ever need any work done in our home, I will for sure call Zach first every time

Zach the tech they serviced us last summer was great!! He installed new furnace and AC system. Did a very professional job. Was very meticulous and installed in about half a day. Left our property very clean and appreciated his hard work and attention to customer service. The furnace and AC have been working great. We’ve been here 23 years and we’ve never been more comfortable with the new system. I would highly recommend Zach and his company for any needs.
