“I was travelling through Ohio and got very sick -- bad case of motion sickness on a hot, July day. I pulled into the Lakeside Plaza and was sick in the bathroom. When I got out, I needed a place to lay down. The car was in the sun, and too hot, so the only shade was on the sidewalk on the side of the building. Jen & Amy were amazing! Even though they had to take care of customers, they came out periodically to check on me. They brought ice and water, and a wet towel to place on my head. They called for EMS services when they thought I needed to be checked out, and didn't try to get me to exit the sidewalk, as I was in no condition to walk. I rested for about an hour and finally was able to rest in my car when the sun wasn't blasting inside the vehicle. I am very appreciative of the care and concern that Jen & Amy provided me. Excellent customer service -- above and beyond the call of duty! Brett”

“Great service, great employees, the foreign employees for the subway in the store are a bit annoying, mainly because they undercut the portioning of the food, and I can never understand them. Besides the subway, they store is great, great atmosphere, I love the employees they are friendly, funny, and always enjoyable to be around. The owner (and previous mayor of plain city) is someone I am not a fan of, they did things in the town that costs this town roughly $2.1m he did things to give his shell station the upper hand in town, shut out other companies trying to come into Plain City, he did this because he knew these companies would take his business, I consider this to be not right. Other than the terrible owner, the place is fantastic. Great prices, coffee, snacks, etc. Love the employees, they have become friends.”

“Buckeye Ford has always treated us well when we got our Escape worked on. But this past weekend we were blown away with superior customer service and salesmanship by Chad. He worked past closing time only to have us not by the original car we wanted since the price was too high for our budget. We went back the next morning and bought the car we were able to afford, with Chad’s help. He worked on the numbers and talked us through the process to make it work for us. He even colored with our 2.5 year old son when we were signing papers! Then after all of that he showed us how Ford Pass works, and helped me customize the app and my cars features. Above and beyond.
