Premier Family Medical Clinic

I am very thankful for finding this family practice. The day I found them, I couldn't reach my old doctor, and I called many doctors that day to try to get an appointment, finally I called Premier and the receptionist Amy answered my call and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I did end up scheduling an appointment and the Doctor is just awesome and was so very helpful. I definitely recommend Premier Family!

I’ve been with Nikki for quite some time I love her and Amy the receptionist. I can be at 3 hospitals and 1 urgent care and they mess me up but I see Nikki and she listens and then goes with a plan of action 1st time medication works no need for a second action lol she’s caring, easy to talk to, listens, she definitely deserves a good star for best doctor in Ohio. Also Amy the receptionist she greets you with love in her voice welcomes you like home and takes great care of you before you leave even repeats instructions in case you need it. Their great 10/10 recommendation.

I was recommended by my therapist/psychiatrist to see Dr. Stephens after a less than satisfactory experience with a new provider, and I'm so happy that I listened. She was great, she spent the time to listen, and wasn't judgmental at all. I was extremely comfortable with her right off the bat, and she explained our next course of action very well. I didn't catch the woman's name at the front office, but she was super nice and accommodating as well. Overall, the best doctor's office experience I've had to date (in Ohio and other states)! The wait to be seen (upon calling for an appointment) was minimal, and I was in and out in 25 minutes. I'm very happy with the care here so far, and am looking forward to working with them in the future. Thank you!

I absolutely love Nikki! She is so easy to talk to and she is very modern and up-to-date! She teaches me new ways of resolving medical issues. My allergies have be absolutely terrible this year and I thought I would just get a referral for a specialist which would be costly. She can do allergy testing there and prescribe allergy shots!
I highly recommend Nikki! She’s approachable, caring, empathetic.

Best medical provider I've ever seen! Nikki is caring, empathetic, and is so knowledgeable. The best part is that along with her great attitude, she listens. She's the only provider to have ever listened to me and found solutions! Her receptionist Amy is also amazing and is always on top of things and is so kind. You won't regret going to this practice!
