(August 27, 2019, 6:28 pm)It is not officially summer until I see the "OPEN" sign on Gaspers Rt. 165 farm market. I then take advantage of all of the fruits and vegetables as they come into season. From strawberries to beets to squash the food is Ohio's best sweet and delicious. Their corn comes earlier than most and is the most tender and sweet you can find... early to mid summer get the sandwich tomatoes for BLTs and peaches and nectarines. Don't call, Make the trip and enjoy Ohio's Best Bounty in season...
