The Prop House

I visited the Prop House this weekend after being told the food was amazing, I was not disappointed. Nice drive & very easy to find. Parking wasn’t an issue, ample parking & spots. Seating options were booths, tables, hi-top tables & bar stools. I chose a hi-top, it was comfortable & clean. The staff were very friendly & professional. The atmosphere reminded me the local restaurant that everyone who live in the town goes there, very cozy & inviting. The menu had a good selection of sandwiches, burgers, steaks & entrees. My meal was perfect, flavorful & perfectly prepared. They also have Cherry Pop, absolutely love cherry pop.
My over all experience here great, I will definitely be dining here again soon.

If you're in the Lake Milton area, there's a little dining gem you have to experience. My wife and I along with many friends, neighbors, and family members have been dining here for over a year now, and the Prop house never disappoints. Service is phenomenal, (Jody) is always amazing! Christine always greets us with a smile and she goes above and beyond with her desserts. Coffee is always fresh and spectacular with a great dessert. It's really hard to find a great cup of coffee at a restaurant. The menu is very diverse and has a wide range of dishes for everyone. So when Jody asked, "Have you tried the peanut butter and jelly hamburger?" I'm like...that doesn't even sound good. But I took a chance and gave it a go. I mean, holy smokes was that an amazing burger. Cooked to perfection and topped with breaded and fried jalapeños, PBJ and cheese, and whatever fixings you prefer. Off the chart burger 10 out of 10!!! I'm working my way through the diverse menu and have yet to sample a single dish that I didn't find amazing. Tonight, I tried the pineapple pork chop. Wow! Thanks (Sandy " Candy" for the great drinks and recommendation for the pork chop. So anyways....if you're in the area stop in and be treated to great food, fun atmosphere and really friendly people. Phenomenal. Has to be one of the best dishes I’ve had since moving here. Seafood pastry is to die for. House made ranch salad and fresh bread with drinks. 👌 👌 👌 Food is on point all around. Highly recommend.

Tried somewhere New tonight! I love supporting local small businesses.
We started with an appetizer of stuffed hot peppers, Bob had the shrimp bisque and salad came with both of our meals.
He had the fried haddock that has a good light breading with French fries and I had the seafood stuffed pastry with shrimp, scallops and crab with a bernaisse sauce, it was fabulous!!!! Sandi our server was absolutely the sweetest and most amazing lady. If you go in ask for her. She is there Friday and Saturday nights. Christine the owner was also soo kind. She treated us to dessert, I had the crème brûlée and Bob had the strawberry cheesecake. She makes them all home made.
Take the drive and go visit you won’t be disappointed. They are open Wed-Saturday

We had a super friendly waitress named Sherry and when ever there was dirty dish it was taken from the table! For an appetizer, we got the bruschetta which was delicious. Main course was the blacken blue jay burger & Parmesan-Romano Chicken Breast which were both great! The apple crisp and carrot cake were also very tasty! We will be back.
