“I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! The girls at the Western Reserve location are absolutley terrific. When my husband came home from the nursing home Michelle came to our home to give him his flu shot on her way home from work. Our insurance had a different preferred pharmacy. It was okay but when Hometown signed up with a company that listed them as the preferred pharmacy I couldn't wait to return. I have NEVER had a problem with them!! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Also, when my husband came home from a nursing home a different time - I was so confused with all the medication instructions, Marcie gave me her personal cell phone number so I could call if need be. That night I DID need to call her with a question. She answered and was able to walk me thru what I needed to dol Would I go any where else - NEVER!!!”

“I went out of network to see Dr. Lee, therefore I had to pay a lot of out of pocket money for cataract surgery. All went well and the staff was outstanding and I was happy with the results. The facility was clean, they made me feel comfortable and I have no complaints about the procedures. However, after spending what I had to spend, I requested an itemized statement to see what my insurance company covered. I wasn’t expecting the surgery, so all I thought was, have an exam and get glasses and that would be it. From November until March I continued to request an itemized statement, which, legally, I’m entitled to. I show a balance and I’m not paying it until I see what it is I’m paying for. My next phone call will be to my attorney. I’ve wasted enough time on the phone.”

My first appt with Dr Dalvin was more thorough than any other appointment I have ever been to. He gave me a different diagnosis and suggestions and we are working on getting my feet taken care of. “Danny did my hair and was able to get years of box dye out of my hair. I went in w a very dark red/ brown and Danny was able to strip out the color and give me what i exactly wanted. I’m ready to go back and get my hair done again!! Danny is such a talented young man. He’s definitely someone i’m going to have to keep going to.
