Infinity Counseling

I was initially really hesitant to go through with therapy and honestly didn't think I needed it. At the time it was my girlfriend's suggestion for me to attend because of a few incidents I had in my past. I see Maya there and it has been a both humbling and positive experience for me. I have been able to cope with my stress and anxieties better and feel confident about decisions I make. I used to second guess myself constantly and Maya has helped me develop some self awareness and courage to set the tone for my life. It's a great place to get treatment and I highly recommend Maya. Therapy isn't anything to be ashamed of. I think especially in this broken world mental illness is exponentially rising and we must attack the problem head on. Thank you Maya and the infinity team!

I was broken inside, but couldn't tell you why. My life is good; i have a job, i have family, i have friends. But for some reason, i still felt like i was just exisiting in life. A friend recommended me to see Maya a couple months ago once i told her how i was feeling. I was extremely heistant because to be honest, I've been to a handful of therapists in my life & i felt they were all the same. I felt like nothing would change. But I gave it a shot anyhow. Let me tell you, one of the BEST decisions I've ever made. I'm a tough one to deal with sometimes. I'm stubborn, rebellious, wild, etc. Most therapists get frustrated with me after just a few visits, but this case is different. Maya always digs deeper and gets to the root of whats going on. She never loses her patience with me, and loves me for who i am. She pushes me to be a better person. Even on days where I'm unable to see her in person, she checks up on me. She goes the extra mile. I'm not perfect thats for sure, but I am no longer broken.
Maya isn't just a therapist for me, but she's someone I call a true friend.
Sometimes all it takes is one person to listen, help, & guide you. Maya is that person for me & for that, I will always be grateful.

I see Maya here, and have been since the beginning of August. Because of her, I leave my home every day when I wasn't leaving at all. She is the first good experience with therapy, and so far has blown me away with her professionalism, knowledge, and passion for this work.
