While on a business trip, we recently stayed at the Best Western in Dunkirk. Our expectations were not much other than the standard run-of-the-mill franchise level of service and amenities that most accommodations provide. We started on a positive note as our rooms were spotless, and you could tell the cleaner took the time to ensure that everything was done correctly, but in all honesty that's to be expected. The amazing staff is what distinguishes this hotel from other hotels and have earned it a 5-star review for their kindness, professionalism, and customer-oriented approach. Michelle was the front desk representative who made our stay extraordinary. It was her commitment to making our stay at this hotel as comfortable as possible that made us feel at home every day.

My reservation didn't go thru correctly so could not be found in the computer when I got there. The front desk staff Crystal was very kind and helpful and quickly my frustration melted away as she got me right into a room with no problems and not costing more. Then I had an issue with noise of the room next door, shortly into my stay and again she was very accommodating. I mentioned having to leave early in the morning, she had fresh coffee ready to go and a smile on her face. Such a nice stay all because a little kindness goes a long way.
