Boston Knoll Park

Good hotel overall. The bed and room were quite comfortable. Only a few complaints. 1: The pillows were marked “Soft” and “Firm” like most (if not all) IHG hotels, but they were only stuffed with soft. No support whatsoever. 2: The AC was nearly uncontrollable. First it was freezing, then it was hot, then it was freezing again. 3: When we booked the room, we were promised a 1st floor room as we had our old dogs with us who don’t do elevators. Even called ahead to confirm. Then when we arrived, they put us on the 4th and top floor. Apologies and a promise to move us the next day, but that meant moving everything again. Luckily our dogs are doing good and could handle the stairs ok. Not super impressed though. But like I said, not an overall bad experience.

Hotel was excellent! Very clean, very nice, our 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was spacious and everything we could have needed was provided. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was the lack of concern from front desk staff for an EXTREMELY loud adult party going on at the pool after 9PM. This hotel was full of families. We asked around 9:15 PM that they ask the party to turn the music down and tone down the yelling and were told the pool closes at 10PM, as if it didn't matter how loud they were because the pool was still open. We had 4 children who were more than ready for bed by 8:30 PM but we could hear this party very clearly in our 3rd story room even with the air conditioning running. Your hotel is wonderful and worthy of 5 stars, please don't let your inconsiderate staff let inconsiderate guests ruin that.

My mom, son and I really enjoyed staying here. Everyone was very helpful, especially Karen (GM) and Ray (head engineer). We felt like the whole facility was kept up and very clean, will come back for sure. We enjoyed the breakfast, manager special (M-W) every night and pool.

Good time for the family has a blast would go back anytime

It has a great baseball field, a small playground, and some old tennis courts. It would be great if they swapped out the never used tennis courts for some basketball courts
