When the conversation started she didn't feel she would have the time to help me which I understood since I waited until the day I needed the item. She stopped the conversation and told me she will get it done by 4 that day. Not only did she get it done by 4 but somehow had everything done by 11 am. “I locked myself out of my car the other night, and we were leaving the next morning to Niagara Falls so we called the Brunswick Police Department to see if they could help. I'm not completely sure if i got this officers name right, but Officer Johnson was the most kind and helpful officer I have ever met. We had a difficult time at first because of the position of my handle and unlock button, but he said he would keep trying til we got it open. We were just so surprised at how helpful this man was. We just wanted to write a review somewhere and praise this guy. When we get back from our trip we both agreed that we were going to go in and give a great review on this officer.”
