Hook-N-Haul

Once again, Kevin arrives to service a mechanical failure. 5th wheel failed and dropped a trailer I was docking. Took me 30mins to stabilize and get under the trailer as the landing gear was compromised in the drop. With a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly demeanor, Kevin concluded the drop was mechanical. Always feel assured service calls are in good hands when I see Hook-N-Haul dispatched. I had a list of issues! Kevin came out and got my trailer as Road worthy as possible so I can drive to there shop! Once I got there bailey got my trailer all fixed up and very quick! Absolutely great place and very very great people. Thank you!

I broke down on the night before labor day and it was difficult to even get a anyone out to help fix my air hose. The first person that came out told me point blank that this is not roadside job that we most be tolled to a dealer.
But the next morning when Kevin arrived he made it work. He is absolutely a very good dependable guy.thank you so much

Excellent place to get service work done. These young men work really hard and they do their job incredibly fast. My shoutout to Kevin, Austin, and Colton. You guys did a phenomenal job. These fellas had a full on conversation with me too while they were working on my truck. They are very down to earth and I would suggest Hook-N-Haul to anybody that needs repairs done. No worries either, these guys know what their doing for sure.

Kevin showed up & was very knowledgeable. Although the trailer problem couldn't be fixed until Monday (today is Saturday) Kevin did the best he could to diagnose the problem. He even waited to make sure I could leave, which was beneficial because the original repair ( broken air line to a chamber) was only half the problem.
