When I first looked these folks up, all the reviews said Tracy was the person to talk to. I can confidently say that all of her 5 star reviews are well deserved. We wanted a hard to find Gladiator Garage Freezer, a product that wasn't even on her sales sheet. She went on the hunt for one and found it in a matter of weeks when the big box stores weren't going to have any for months! Shop local and ask for Tracy - she's the gold standard for customer service!

This is the fourth time we have purchased appliances by Tracy at Home Appliance and again we are not disappointed. She made it an excellent experience from answering our questions to providing insight into things we hadn't considered. We love our new Washer and dryer and will be back for the next appliance we need.

Tracey is great to work with in Lodi. We always go back when an appliance goes out, and we have to replace it. This time it was washer & dryer and I love my new Maytag! Tracey is just so pleasant and knowledgeable! She arranged for quick delivery, even with the holiday! Delivery guys were great too!

Tracy was great. She showed us the refrigerators we wanted to see. She was not pushy. Let us take time to look the refrigerator over. Answered all the questions we had. When bought it she pointed out that the electric company we had offered a rebate. They scheduled a an appointment. Then they were able to get it us earlier. Delivery guys were great. Very patient with having to remove our door. So there would be no damage. They cleaned their mess up. They explained everything. The whole process was great. I would recommend Lodi to everyone!

She is friendly and very helpful and answered our questions, provided warranty and rebate information. She truly wanted us to be satisfied with the refrigerator we chose. The courteous delivery men were super careful in all delivery aspects and set up.
