At first I wasn't sure due to the location, but overall it was good service. The front desk lady was very helpful, intake person was a young man and he was very professional, The nurse that started my IV was rough, but she got the job done, The nurse that assisted the doctor and anesthesia person was very focused. The doctor was awesome! He was very thorough and he was true to his word. He immediately followed through with putting in a referral for another test just to cover everything. Nurse Mia was very caring.
I would go back.

All the staff and doctors were very courteous, knowledgeable and considerate. The whole prep process and set-up on the day of colonoscopy was quick, orderly and on-time. The nurse even helped me to the parking lot to ensure I get to my car with my family safely. Awesome service!

Ace Endoscopy was great from start to finish! Great communication before my colonoscopy, great staff from the office to the nurse, and doctors. Fast and effortless. Only comment I could make is; "Buy these folks a new building with more space." The tiny facility worked but I am sure a newer and larger bldg. would be appreciated. Easy access off the freeway, and if your a Kaiser patient, Kaiser doctor.

The lady in the front office is not the nicest but as far as the rest of the staff they were amazing. Super friendly, took great care of me. This was my third colonoscopy and first here and by far the best. The nurses were extremely friendly as well as the doctor.

The medical staff at ACE Endoscopy are the ultimate professionals. When I arrived at the small office, initially I was concerned about the level of care I should expect. The office was very busy and I had an hour wait after checking in. However! All of the staff, from the front desk to each of the medical staff were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I was immediately put at ease by the medical assistant, Rhueben. He was thorough, efficient , friendly and put my privacy at a premium!! The other surgical nursing staff was just as thorough. The Doctors each introduced themselves and explained their roles in my procedure. I felt very comfortable and secure in being treated at ACE. I very highly recommend this surgical medical facility.
