(May 26, 2018, 8:55 pm)Visited the Spring Grove Civil War encampment and reenactment, which was a part of the City of Medina's bicentennial celebration. For a first time event, there was a nice selection of period reenactors and demonstrations, including Abraham Lincoln, Buffalo Bill Cody, and George Armstrong Custer.
Spring Grove Cemetery lies between St. Rt. 3 and St. Rt. 18 on the east side of Medina. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and dates back to the 1880's.
