St Francis Xavier School

We love this amazing school. The teachers and staff are all wonderful and the programs they offer to students far exceeded our expectations. Our kids have Spanish every year, they have music and art, and the technology available through the school is outstanding. Our kids love the STEM program with hands on learning they come home excited to talk about what they learned. Through the pandemic the school has remained open, the kids have been safe, the building has air cleaners installed to make sure the air they breath is clean. We are truly BLESSED to have this in our Medina community. We also love the CYO sports programs!

I am so happy my kids attend St. Francis Xavier School. The teachers challenge each of them in their own unique ways. Mrs. Beal, the principal, is a wonderful leader who is always available. Her leadership shows in the dedication of all the school staff.

I went to St Francis Xavier from kindergarten through 8th grade back when Sr. Sandy was principal. I can't speak for the newer administration, but my experience was nothing but positive. The academics were rigorous and many of the teachers strict, but I feel that these best prepared me for high school, advanced placement courses, and college. I have found that my Catholic education through St. Francis Xavier has allowed me to stand out in my classes at Oberlin. St Francis has strong writing opportunities and education, which apply to my life daily. Leadership opportunities through student council, National Junior Honor society, and the Future Teachers of America club allowed me explore of variety of my passions. Thanks SFX!!

St. Francis Xavier Catholic School is excellent. With Christ as the center, the students tackle a rigorous curriculum in a very tech savvy environment. In my experience as a parent, most teachers are very kind, accommodating and eager to help their students achieve success. The students are really pushed to reach their full potential. There are also wonderfully growing music and athletic programs. My child who currently attends is excited to go to school most mornings because he is surrounded by a great group of classmates and teachers. Looking forward to sending my younger three children to SFX in the next handful of years.
