I had received a felony 5 last year for theft. I wasn’t sure if I qualified for an expungement or had to wait 1 more year. When I contacted Mr. Korduba’s office with my questions, not only was his secretary extremely helpful, but she put me right in touch with Attorney Korduba. He further answered my questions and gave me very specific instructions on what to do in order to enhance my chances for approval. Sure, I kept my nose clean and that was the only thing on my record, but preparing for court, and in court, Attorney Korduba made things extremely smooth! He was quick to reply when I had questions and he was very confident in his abilities which translated to lots of help. I followed his instructions and Needless to say, my expungement was granted and now I can rejoin the workforce again and apply for apartments without any worry of getting denied for my background.
