Decent parks, would just be better if they could manage to keep the tennis nets at regulation height along with investing in $10 center straps for all nets...It's really not rocket science and they are the only ones with the proper tools to set the height. Playgrounds are great for kids, and Dad's who are in a time crunch for needing a workout....ie. make shift chin-up bars ;)
