But my physical therapist gave me excises to do for my knee. MCRC is missing an accessory they they used to have called an ankle strap. Ugh

(July 11, 2021, 11:38 am)Something for everyone... Walking tracks, exercise equipment, swimming areas for adults and children. The current channel (a lazy river-like contraption) is always the kid favorite. Even better... The water is semi warm and I don't feel like I'm going to freeze when I get in. Changing areas are available for families. We're from out of town but my daughter asks grandpa to take us here as often as possible.
