“We had our water heater replaced with a tankless water heater. They came out the day after our tanked water heater blew to give estimates and set up an appointment 2 days later. Our service technician (Tyler Redinger) explained everything clearly of what he was going to do. Very professional, clean, honest, made us feel comfortable and confident in his experience. I know enough about plumbing to know when a good job is done and he did great. Would definitely recommend him. Also great warranties for the product just in case.”

“Today I decided to try the new pizza joint in Medina, not like we needed another one, but hey let's give it a shot. They bake their pie and sauce and put the cheese and toppings on after. It is a unique flavor and something I was not sure of. After digging in I can say I'm a believer! The sauce is delicious, the crust was super crisp and the toppings were top notch! “Whether you are looking for help with a dermatologic concern or you are interested in botox, fillers or other cosmetic treatments, look no further. Dr Torok at Trillium Creek is simply the best there is. I have been to the Wooster, Medina and Wadsworth locations. I have seen Dr. Torok, Dr. Reedy and Michelle Coffee for cosmetic treatments. I also saw Dr. Torok when I was struggling with peri-oral dermatitis in my 20’s. The offices are meticulously clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the Doctors and nurses are second to none. Dr. Torok has a gifted eye when it comes to aesthetics. She will be honest with you about your concerns and the best way to address them. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I have never left her care anything short of thrilled with the results. Dr. Reedy and Michelle Coffee are also skilled injectors. I have unfortunately wasted time and money going to local “med-spas” to receive botox at a lower price per unit and the results were wildly subpar in comparison to what you will get from the practitioners at Trillium Creek Dermatology and Surgery. So I suggest you stop searching reviews and make an appointment! They fill up fast because this place is simply the best.”

“I went to Jenna for my first experience at this salon, and it had been about 2 years since having my hair done. I was a little nervous at first, as I am going to each new salon, always hopeful but not ever quite walking out 100% happy. I hardly ever get my hair done, being a full-time working mom, I just don't have the time to take for myself that often. Jenna took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and help me pick out colors, spent time meticulously placing the highlights and lowlights, was super pleasant to be around the whole time and always asked if I needed anything before letting my hair process for a few minutes. She cut my hair perfectly. She stayed late to make sure every detail was perfect - I was there for over 3 hours but she never rushed any detail or made me feel like it was an inconvenience for her to stay late. I walked out of the salon feeling brand new and the next day I'm still 110% happy with my hair. It was worth every penny and every minute. It sounds silly but it's hard to find someone I can trust with my hair, and I definitely feel like I've found that with Jenna, and will certainly be going back the next time I need a refresh. 10/10 would recommend going to Jenna!”

“I had my first appointment here this past Monday. I needed a form filled out and Michelle Twomb2y was awesome. She explained that I would need to be seen for a full physical including blood work. She was up front in telling me what tests I would need to have done and did not judge me when I told her I had never gotten a Pap smear; she simply said that it would be taken care of at my next visit and made sure I scheduled with a female doctor since she doesn’t do this portion of the physical. My physical was booked before I left the office. I will be returning and would recommend this place to anyone. BTW, Taylor, the nurse, was great too.”

The Manager (Mary) of this store actually “goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect and you are happy! NO OTHER VERIZON STORE does this “above and beyond what you expect” type of interaction with it’s customers… believe me, we are a group of 30 year customers and have probably been to most of the Verizon stores in a large area over those 30 years.
