Value-Rooter was there for an emergency call when others weren’t. We went through quite a few plumbers who advertise “Emergency Service” who couldn’t make it to us until the next day or two days after. We had a clogged main between our house and septic, so water was backing up out of our first floor toilet. We did not have time to wait for a plumber one or two days later. The water to our house was off and we could not use any of the drains or toilets. Valu-Rooter was there within the hour and had the issue resolved and saved a lot of water from flooding our house. They were professional, on time, clean, knowledgeable and polite. I would absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone in an emergent situation that requires a plumber.

Valu-Rooter was able to come out same day and fix a clogged pipe I had tried unsuccessfully to snake. Dave was very personable, understanding, professional, and helpful. He not only got the job done but also gave us tips how to think about and operate our disposal for better results. Thanks Dave!

We had a clogged sewage line. I called upon Another company first to do the job. The plumber spent about 3 hours at our house, could not get the drain unclogged and said we would need to excavate for about 6k and they wouldn’t be able to perform this service for about 2 weeks. I then called Valu-Rooter and it was the best decision I made. Dalton got here very quickly, i explained to him the situation and he said “if I can’t get this, no one can.” Let me tell ya, he got the job done and we couldn’t be more thankful for his hard work!!
