Nice selection of businesses

Maybe I'm just used to my old UPS store in Medina but it's not quite as friendly here and the labels are $3 a piece which is $2 more than my store. I understand each store can charge what they want yada yada but seems a little expensive to me for a piece of paper. Anyhow the workers are nice, some a little nicer than others however overall they get the job done. Well I should say sometimes, lol no I'm sure it was not their fault but my package was recently lost somewhere in UPSville. It says that it shipped out from Wadsworth to Middleburg heights on its way to West Virginia but it never made it out of Middleburg heights.
UPS itself the corporation has not been to helpful in my quest to locate my box. Filing for a lost box has been made very difficult And I'm not sure if that's the confused people and deter claims or if it really is supposed to be that hard.
Regardless I'm not giving up because I paid for insurance on the thing and I'd like to at least recoup the cost of the item even though I will be out the price of shipping, have to refund the person that purchased it for me and I'm also out that big $3 at the charge me for the label..
Go figure.

Ups store customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had to go to the u.p.s. store it was quick and polite even though they were busy

Really needs a quality Smoke Shop like Royal Smokes in Fairlawn.
