My recent visit with Dr. Reedy was excellent. From friendly and efficient check in to my initial interview with his assistant everything went perfect. Dr. Reedy explained treatment options with relevant risks and benefits in an easy to understand and professional manner.
My visit here was great. The receptionist was welcoming and kind and helpful. The Dermatologist and her assistant Were very informative and patient with my questions. Overall I had a great time there and meeting them and helping me with any issue I may have. I am truly Thankful and grateful for the work Sarah And her assistance’s have done with my skin issue over the past months, she was professional and precise and elegant with the procedure in the process and transition of the progress that my skin has made.
Every time I go to trillium, I wander into the skin care shop attached to the waiting room. The lady who works in there is the nicest and most down to earth woman I’ve ever met. She is so kind and so helpful and I am so excited to see her every time I go.
Additionally, the office is super clean and my dermatologist is amazing at what he does. Great place to go
Yesterday was my first visit here. I was able to get a next day appointment, which was already a huge plus! The staff was very nice and attentive. My PA took her time and explained my treatment plan very well. I was a patient at Apex Dermatology and now officially switched over to Trillium Creek. Looking forward to checking out their skincare as well!
I had a skin cancer screening. I really liked Molly and the MA’s who helped her. I appreciated that they wore masks, especially, since it’s a pandemic. The front desk staff did not wear masks or have partitions. The man at the front desk did not seem to want to be there. He did not introduce himself and seemed a little impatient with everyone he checked in. I was in the waiting room for 45 minutes and saw him check in several patients. We patients are nervous, no matter what we are there for. A kind and compassionate receptionist makes a difference. Thanks, Janet
