“High Gear has been my gym home for almost 4 years. In the 4 years that I have been going it has become much more than a gym. It is a place of refuge and healing. That may sound like an odd thing to say about a gym but for me, that is the best way to descibe it. I have made many, many new friends and continue to make more. If you a curious about attending they always have a special for Gear Up classes (beginner). For more advanced athletes the programing is challenging and relevent to what you see in the Open and Games. I hope to see you soon.”
