They said “don’t stress we gotchu” and gave me enough sweet and sour to last generations. I have enough to freeze for years and pull out for my grandchildren. This sweet and sour will be passed down for centuries. The amount is so great it may be preserved in a museum hundreds of years from now. 10000% greatest customer service ever. Will return again.”

“Just completed a room addition to our condo in Wadwsworth. I had a basic design, but with their expertise with computer modelling the design was comprehensive and easy to understand which allowed us to easily obtain approval of the design from our HOA. Through out construction from 6/4/2021 to 9/28/2021, communication with Englert or their Project Manager was timely and effective. Eventough they were working thru then pandemic we never had any delays for material deliveries. Scheduling labor got a little dicey a few times. Eglert has a network of subs with many years of working together and we found all of subs to be excellent, except for the insulator. Being in a condo complex neatness of the jobsight was important and they did a good job of policing up the area frequently. It was good experience and a quality job was completed. This means that I have my own agency identity, but get their support and can take advantage of the relationships they have with different suppliers. When I started, it was a bit of a lark, but after a few months, I realized that this new business would require a lot of work to be successful. Once I made the decision to be serious about being a travel advisor, I took the on-line training provided by KHM, and attended their Boot Camp. My experience has been that they provide the support and training necessary to be successful. One thing that is important to me is working with an ethical organization, and with KHM I can take that to the bank - I've never questioned any of the interaction I've had with their team. “We had used GC last year and took a break thinking we would be good on our own but started back up recently after we had a baby. Amy, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating of requests and schedule changes The cleaners are so respectful and timely. They do an awesome job and the house always looks immaculate. We had a cleaner today carry our elderly dog over to his bed because he gets nervous on the hardwood. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs an awesome cleaning company in the Medina area.”
