The hottest day of the year and our A/C stopped working. We called Ray's late Thursday, and to our surprise, they made it out the very next morning. Alex was able to fix the problem, and gave us a quote to update the whole system. Thanks so much Ray's Refrigeration for making it out so quickly! Will definitely call for all future needs!

Ray's has always been the go to place for all my cooling and heating repairs. They do sell appliances too! The display area is well lit and organized and staff is very approachable. It's a very nice personal experience. This is a great place to go if you don't like big box stores.

I would highly recommend Rays. They installed 2 systems in our house and did it in about two and a half days. One minor issue which they took care of right away. We were stressed about all the possible mess but was quite pleased with the results.

Our refrigerator went out and Ray's (especially Katie) were very responsive, helpful, and got us a replacement quickly. That same weekend, my elderly parents AC went out and Alex came out to fix immediately. It was a true 24/7 service when we needed it the most, and we are very grateful to them for assisting us.
