The benefit for us of working with a one man operation was that the estimator and installer were the same person so communication was easier from the onset. The detriment was that some patience was required for him to get to our job. As a reward for our patience, we now have solid hardwoods that look and feel solid. “This is The Best 'little critter' store that I've ever been in. The guy knows everything about what he deals in. My son loves his 'children'. I don't know why he thinks only girls call them babies. He's into lizards and rats, and treats them well. A rat escaped and while the guys were moving the other rat to a temp home, the rat licked my son's toe before taking off again. But sitting his cage on the floor w/water bottle and the door open, worked well, as he climbed in for a drink. That Gotcha Look is priceless.”
