Been on the phone for a while trying to order from various areas and getting disconnected no return calls etc. Called TMS and received call back promptly and even more promptly product information and able to place the order within minutes. Thanks for not having to answer a long list of questions and then be transferred just to be disconnected and lost in the shuffle.

Customer for several years. Telephone interaction/purchase. Products have always been clearly described. Telephone communication from TMS has always been very timely. Shipping is very quick. Staff have always been polite, courteous and helpful. Communication is clear and not rushed, and I've always been treated with dignity and respect. The staff make a difference, and it is very much appreciated...uncommon in today's interactions. It doesn't get much better!
