Awesome campground with wonderful owners.. Another great trip in the books!

Friendliest campground you'll find. Clean, nice sized sites, awesome 4th of July fireworks show. We've camped here for a week 3 years in a row and coming again next year. We are thankful for such nice owners.

I think this is my wife's favorite campground. All sites are full hookup, great inground salt water pool and clubhouse area. Always enjoy our time here.

This place is a gem. We spent the weekend there after a very rainy week (a local said they had 5 total inches) and our campsite, and the others we saw, had no standing water. On top of being well drained, the sites were neat, very spacious, and well maintained. Each site had a picnic table and fire ring.

Most of the campsites are filled by seasonal campers that are placed for the summer, but there were a surprising number of weekenders there too. With a pool and a pond, kids could stay occupied by swimming or fishing. There is also a game room. Even though the campground is bordered by the St Mary's river, we had no problem with mosquitoes. And we were delighted to see a bald eagle fly overhead.

Word of mouth at the campground is that the people who manage the place run a tight ship. This is not the place to go if you want to get drunk and act stupid. But it's a great place to relax and enjoy friends.

Our experience with private campgrounds off the beaten path is that there are lots of run down trailers with junk vehicles parked half way onto the road. But this place is not like that at all. Instead it's neat, tidy, and well kept and it's plain that the management, as well as the people who camp there, take pride in their place. We will definitely go back.
