Several times I have needed an attorney for a very specific task. I remember calling just about every downtown Cincinnati firm explaining that I need a lease reviewed. I told them I would be happy to pay them but just needed a quick turn around. Every one of them wanted to schedule a consultation to "discuss" things. I really just needed a few questions answered.
