AlphaOne Exteriors

We originally had them come to do an inspection. They came through our neighborhood and knocked on our door. I'm terrible with forgetting names but the young man was very polite and very professional. He helped us set up an appointment and said his superior would come by at specified time. He came and announced himself (his name was Mason)and went onto roof. Took many pictures. Drew an arrow so we could see the couple of hiccups we had and showed us the flashing around chimney that had become uncaulked. He sent report, to include all pictures and said our roof looked good and that short of natural disaster, the roof had another 10 to 13 years. I made an appointment for them to fix. Did it the very day I made appointment. AlphaOne Exteriors went above and beyond. Not only will I use them in future but will highly recommend. Also gave them 5 stars.

I would HIGHLY recommend Alpha One for any exterior needs. We had an issue with water leaking into our basement from the back door of our house. Jarrod came out to give us an estimate and figure out what was causing the issue. He was not like the first company who came out, took a quick peak, and told us we needed to replace all the siding on our house. Jarrod was able to find out exactly what the issue was, saving us $30K. He explained all our options.

Scheduling the work was simple and quick. Kiersten was friendly and worked with our schedule to get us the best available time. She communicated with to let us know when to expect the contractor, which helps with 3 little kids.

Jacob, the contractor, was professional and explained everything he was going to do and why. He made sure that everything was done right and looked good. Once he was done, he cleaned up any messes that were made, making it look like he was never even there.

We will definitely be doing business with them again once we need to replace our siding. Their prices were fair and service was top notch.

Tearoff of old roof including wood shake. New roof including decking installed. Also metal trim installation on gables. Since the house was built in 1915 some issues arose which they dealt with well. I found Jason, my initial contact to be honest and straight forward unlike the rep from a national roofer. He was helpful and patient with my many questions. I found Jarrod to also be helpful, patient and responsive. The crew did a great job of cleanup. There has been a lot of rain since the roof installation with no leaks.
