He was quick to respond to questions, followed up to make sure everything was going well, and came back the next day to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Paragon Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof! We were very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends/family.

We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. Jonathan H. was the first point of contact—he came out quickly after we called, assessed the damage, and even placed a tarp over the roof to prevent further leaking while we waited for the full replacement (prior companies we called and came out did not even offer to do this). The new roof looks fantastic and has already held up well during a heavy storm the evening after completion. Pricing was fair and competitive compared to other quotes we received, and there were no surprise charges. Would highly recommend.

Paragon roofing is amazing. Jonathon worked with our insurance and everything all we had to do was pick out color for the shingles. I work weird hours. He was able to work around my work schedule and come in the evenings to meet with us. It was a very fast process in less than a week from the day of estimate. We had a brand new roof and it only took them one day to put it on. They cleaned up so good you could not even tell we had a new roof. I would recommend them a million times or more.
