While I generally don't take the time to leave reviews unless I'm really satisfied with a service/product, this is one of the cases where it's definitely deserved. A family member recommended that I reach out to Mike to help with looking for a new home. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect or what the process was. Mike did a great job of explaining everything step-by-step and always being responsive to my many questions. I never felt pressured to view or make an offer on any house, and when I did decide to view a few houses, Mike had already done quite a bit of research on their prior valuations, comparable sales, etc. Once I made an offer on a house, there was a point on which Sellers and I could not agree, but Mike came up with a solution that worked great for both parties. Ultimately, I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Mike to anyone, and particularly new home buyers.
