(September 11, 2013, 5:42 pm)Supply and demand. I hope they are open when I come home to visit. The last couple of times, they have been closed. What's up with that. Best ribs anywhere. I had ribs in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Philly and New York and Sheild's is the best!!!! Please be open all the time. Or publish your hours of operation. I am only rating this a 4 because they are not open all the time.
