Dayton Nut & Candy Co.

A kind and generous neighbor of mine gave me a nicely designed 1lb. holiday tin of their Fancy Mixed Nuts. I found that they were EASILY the very best mixed nuts I've ever had. I can't recall ever having a mix without peanuts, but this one was without them...and seamingly replaced the peanuts with cashews, which made a huge difference. Nothing against peanuts, but having only cashews, almonds. pecans and brazil nuts made for a superior product.

I've driven past their location north of downtown on Main street countless times over the years without stopping in to check them out. You can be sure I'll do so in the near future now that I've had such an oustanding experience.

My grandpa used to work here .I have very good memories of coming with my dad to see his dad working at Dayton Nut during the day. Great Nuts!

We had the nicest lady to help us. She was so accommodating. My husband and I are on walkers and she helped us carry things to the car and load them in the car. I was sad that I could not get my five pound boxes of nuts at the Main Street location.

Small cozy shop. A vareity of nuts and candy. Convenient parking. The staff is very nice and helpful. I used to love going here and grtting something for my family and friends for their birthdays or even holidays. My first time visiting here it was such a hard decision in trying to find what I wanted because there was much to choose from.

Neat place that has been in the area a long time!Quite a large place actually from what I was thinking. Has 2 separate parts of the store - Candy, and Nuts. Staff was friendly, and I'd say I'll be back!
