Absolutely Outstanding
I called around 8:30am needing to get a battery installed. Its a GM car, so of course nothing is easy. GM in all there widsom mounted the car computer on top of the battery, So no one would dare try to replace the battery themselves. Joe told me to get the battery I wanted and stop by between 2 and 3pm. I went to get the battery, had to get a jump to get to Smith and Sons. I pulled in, The lot is full, The bays are full. I am setting there thinking, Do I dare turn the car off in the middle of the drive. Bill comes up and says can I help you. I told him about my conversation with his father. He said turn it off, popped the hood, Got his tools and was on it. I drove out 30 minutes later with battery installed, oil checked and air put in the tires. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Joe and Bill! Just wonderful!
