Leasing Professionals and Maintenance folks are awesome! Anytime I have a problem, boom it's corrected and if I have a question or concern, boom spot on response! Read the bad reviews and majority of them are self inflicted issues. For the price it's a perfect area to rent, raise a family, and worry less! Take care of your home and it will take care of you. Move in and move out procedures are easily known if you put the work into it by literally reading the lease, marking your move in checklist in detail and you are good to go. 10 out of 10 stars for the homes here, personnel, security, and friendliness!

I lived here for two years, and I can safely say that this landlord has been the best I have ever worked with. I have rented with multiple other landlords in the past, so I can attest to what a slum-lord experience is like. A lot of the negative reviews are personal beefs that folks can't take their own responsibility for. Literally 1 hour after I place a work-order, they are calling me back and trying to schedule a time to enter the premises. The units are spotless because they give the tenant AMPLE opportunities to clean their unit before they leave so that they can keep their security deposit. I accidentally burned the counter-top and they told me how I could fix it in order to avoid getting charged for damages. They do a pre-inspection and post inspection and allow you to fix any problems they uncover. Yes, they expect you to do a good job cleaning, but I think that they are very fair and honest the entire time. If you are a good tenant who READS THE LEASE AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING, then you will enjoy your time here.
