That appliance just died suddenly. Cindy helped me pick out the replacement and answered a ton of questions so that I was confident with my selection. Delivery was quick and professional. Just a few days later I received a thank you letter in the mail making sure I knew to reach out if there were any issues. How nice!

The price, both for the chair and for delivery, was very fair -- and less than if I had shopped closer to home -- and I really enjoyed the pretty little drive to this comfy store.

Ordered from Jack during covid and had a great experience. I was looking for a specific brand and style. He was able to order exactly what I wanted for less than others had quaoted me. When my items come in, his delivery team was beyond wonderful! Super polite, knew exactly what they were doing and how to protect the furniture while bringing in my very difficult bi-level home.
