My wife had her initial appointment with AeroCare today located on Far Hills Ave in Kettering. It was a great experience from start to finish. Audra and Isaac were really patient and professional. They helped setup our account, took the time to answer all of our questions, and fully explained the billing process. Ann was our CPAP Technician and her skillset was second to none. She fully demonstrated how the new system works, how to maintain it and assisted us in downloading and utilizing the app associated with our machine. Ann took the time to evaluate and assist us in selecting a mask that both fits properly and will help achieve the best outcome possible. This was our first experience with AeroCare as we had been using another company prior. We found out today what we’ve been missing out on. For the first time in 5 years, I finally feel like we have a team of talented professionals who care as much about my wife’s health as I do. Thanks to all who helped us today. You are appreciated!

Todd was absolutely amazing! We laughed the entire appointment! He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and made it fun. Thanks for the laughs and helping me understand my equipment Customer for life!

At check in, my costs were thoroughly reviewed and explained.
Todd did an incredible job of reviewing the machine, explaining what it does and what I should expect. He took the time to ensure I understood how to use and maintain the device. He also made the experience very relaxed and enjoyable and were even able to have a chuckle during the process. I am looking forward to experiencing the benefits of the u it. I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of a CPAP!!

We were greeted immediately upon entering the office with smiling faces and “Good morning!”. Within a minute we were escorted to Todd’s office and were greeted with a spectacular smile and personality to show us the new equipment we were receiving. It was a great experience from beginning to end. A special thank you to Todd for being so welcoming and wonderful, and a big kudos for the rest of the staff for making our visit fantastic!

I was very happy with my experience, I went in for my c-pap fitting, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Greg was great at explaining everything step by step; he was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he did not make me feel rushed and let me ask questions without hesitation. The office was clean, and the front desk staff was nice and friendly.
