I had an unexpected battery failure. Bellbrook Automotive got me in so I wouldn't have to rent any vehicles while mine was tied up. I have my car back in fine shape on the same day.

My cars suspension was rattling around and I called and asked for an appointment for the next day, the gentleman I talked to was very kind and informative. Later on in the day I called again and asked if I could just drop it off today, so that they could get a head start on the work and the woman I spoke with was on board with the idea. I dropped my car off at 2 pm and by 5 pm I was given a call to inform me my car was ready for pick up! The crew is very knowledgeable, hard working, and exceeded my expectations. Tenfold. Not to mention the cost of the repair was significantly less than what I expected to pay based on the research I conducted before even calling the shop.

One morning when I went to start my car, I discovered my battery was dead. I called around to try to find someone who could put in a new battery. Bellbrook Automotive was the ONLY business who said they had the type of battery I needed and could/would install for me!! (All the other places I called gave various reasons for not being able to help me.) Bellbrook Automotive went Above & Beyond to help me in a matter of minutes (literally), and I Greatly Appreciate them! I will definitely use Bellbrook Automotive for future automotive needs!!

I purchased a 1988 f150 that did not run due to engine throwing a rod. I paid a buddy of mine to swap out the motor only to find out that there were still intermittent electric issues throughout the vehicle. Being that electric issues are so complicated to work with , I had tried 2 other shops in the area including my regular shop but nobody would touch it. After about 4 tows around town I took it to bellbrook automotive. I had worked with the owner before being that I service their Verizon account. It was a huge relief to finally have someone willing to help. The repairs set me back a few grand as I expected but I appreciated their attention to detail and communication throughout the process as well as putting it to the test for me before driving it off their lot. Would definitely recommend their services
