Kettering Police Department

I feel like cops In general are good over. But the police department seems to care about family. The gave me a chance I’m not going go into details but over all they treated me with respect and help me with my family crisis. I sincerely thank you for being there!

The Kettering Police Department has been nothing but professional in every interaction I have had with them. Dispatch is kind and calm keeping you on the phone until police arrive but only when necessary. Response times are very quick. The longest I have waited for them to arrive was around 3 minutes. Officers are respectful, caring and considerate. If you have not broken the law then you have nothing to be afraid of. These officers really make you feel safer for being in their care and under their jurisdiction. They deserve the utmost respect and gratitude for their service.

Both the dispatch and officer sent to help me were amazing. It was very late at night when I had to call the non emergency center for help. The officer was at my home soon after my call and within the hour my issue was resolved. I'm very grateful for them and all the help and peace of mind they provided.

I just want to say that I had an encounter with the Kettering police department and it was the total opposite of what I expected. Officer Harrison is a true gentleman and a real human being. His kindness and true effort to be understanding made my outlook on police officers totally different. You always hear the bad but rarely hear the good. Thank you for your compassion and regard.
