Peter was wonderful to work with in selling my home when I was out of state. He has a great network of contractors and team to get things done quickly and within a budget. He worked with my tenants, painters, garage people, etc to get the house on the market much quicker than I could have done remotely.
My house needed a few things spruced up, he got us quotes and we went thru what would help the house sell vs what was overboard. He was pragmatic and gentle in discussing the pro/cons of the house, and how to price and list it.
He's also just a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. My text-message-inbox feels empty without his constant communication; I might just buy or sell another house just to hang out with him more.
