Our family has been protected by Rathweg for 11 years. I choose to be with Rathweg because of the great customer service. They are there anytime we need them. They take the time to go through everything to make sure that you understand and have what your family needs. You purchase insurance in hopes that you do not need to use it, but if you do, Rathweg will be there to support you. They are very quick to respond to your phone call or email.

Staff at Rathweg are very professional but personable. They are very experienced and try to be very accommodating. My family have utilized Rathweg for all of our insurance needs for over 40 years. Andrew and the other staff have always been up front and honest with us and we feel very confident that they will continue to meet all of our insurance needs.

I sometimes have too many questions when it comes to our homeowners and auto insurance policies and cost, but I’m always able to call or email for a quick answer. Plus I watchdog my two adult children’s accounts also and again I have had zero negatives just all positives from the Rathweg staff.

Rathweg took over from our previous insurance representative and I couldn't be happier with the change. What a great surprise and frankly just what we needed. Courtney and other members of the team reviewed what we had in terms of auto and home and then found more value and even better coverage for us, of which I am extremely appreciative. They have consistently been super responsive (during car shopping and then returning purchased car, etc.) and have given very personal service throughout. This is the kind of service that alas is not very common, which makes it that much more special. In all candor I kind of abhor the idea of insurance and nearly everything surrounding it, but I couldn't recommend Rathweg more. They almost make finding, purchasing and reviewing insurance a pleasant experience. I haven't had the need to "use" insurance yet but I feel confident they would guide us through it competently and efficiently.
