(September 2, 2022, 1:38 pm)I am so grateful that I was able to find a one-way rental to get home. My son's car broke down on our way home from Maine, and we were stuck in OH, just west of Dayton. I had very helpful customer service reps on the phone and in-person at the branches. I was able to get in a car and back on the road in about 1 1/2 hours. I would recommend Avis to everyone I know. I also received a discount for being a Costco member.
