(December 26, 2018, 2:50 pm)My wife and I have been to this Starbucks many times while shopping. JAKE IS EXCELLENT! He is very polite, even when busy. Many of times it has just been him running the register as well as making drinks. He also ensures our drinks are correct and up to company standards.
We wish more employees had his attitude and drive. We love seeing him behind the counter when we visit.
