We had many billing issues which unfortunately are handled internationally. They were time consuming and challenging to deal with. However, our experience with the local office was astounding. I can’t say enough about Jen, the Branch Coordinator for the Miamisburg office. She cheerfully and tirelessly worked with me for months to clear up the issues. I honestly don’t think we would have ever had them taken care of, if not for her. Thank you, Jen.

Being an admitted novice to the world of using a CPAP machine and a very un-savvy techie, my experience could have been better.
Felt that all of the included instructions were confusing (mainly because there were so many); a local Apria representative (Donelle) was a tremendous help in finally getting me up and running on the machine.

Just wanted to leave a quick review with a couple specifics.
I’ve been a customer of Apria for over 13 years. Any time I’ve needed something they have been more than accommodating. Recently I had an emergency need for an alternate cpap mask. During my communication I was assisted by Two staff people named Donelle Williams and Tim Clayborne. They were amazing and very knowledgeable. With other companies I’ve had very poor customer service, especially with the COVID-19 requirements. However when I called in and told them of my dilemma, they wasted no time and took care of me Like family.
Just wanted to say thank you to those individuals and the rest of the team at the Miamisburg Ohio Office.

I had a great experience using these guys. I had a referral for a knee scooter since I had ankle surgery but the other company that Tricare assigned was going to take several weeks to get me a scooter. I switched the referral over to apria and they helped me so much to try to expedite the order. They ended up getting me the order the same day the referral was sent over. They were fantastic. Highly recommend!!
