Rapid Response Property Maintenance

Amazing staff that did incredible work on our shower remodel. Could not recommend them enough to everyone.

Rapid Response replaced the entirety of my flooring downstairs after a pipe burst and flooded the previous flooring. The job did take a lot longer than expected but after the wait my floors look brand new. They also replaced all of the trim and pieces of drywall that were effected. Everything looks great. The first time around, the floors did not get finished by the crew that was sent out to do them. The owner, Jerry, took charge in coming back to make sure the job was done correctly and was helpful every step of the way making sure to get the problems fixed. His main focus was to make sure we were happy with the final results

While we were.without electric power, he went beyond repairs to supplying us with cell phone charge and hot coffee.
Later we used them to install bath bars. And update electrical. Now as we age. They are doing property maintenance. They are fair , efficient and hard working
